Our firm offers a range of services to our lender and investor clients who are regularly involved in large, complex financial transactions. We represent institutional banks, investors, private equity, insurance companies, and private debt funds, on a variety of single asset transaction financings and restructuring. We provide counsel to several lenders in the negotiation of loan workouts, equity and debt swaps, and partnership share takeout arrangements. These transactions include multifamily projects, retail, fractured condominiums, hotels, industrial and other commercial properties. Our experience in land use allows our attorneys to represent real estate investors, developers, landowners and public agencies that have simple to complex zoning and land use needs.
